FAQ
Sonder — noun. The realization that each random passerby is living a life as vivid and complex as your own. — The Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows.
It's the reason the name stuck. When you understand your audience as actual humans with rich lives, real motivations, and specific needs, your marketing stops being noise and starts being connection. That's what we build toward. Every time.
Every engagement is custom-built, but here's a general sense of what to expect:
Social media management starts at $900/month for our SM Kickstarter package and scales based on platforms, volume, and scope. One-time strategy sessions start at $349 for the Spark Session and $949 for the Momentum Map.
Web design is priced by page count, complexity, and whether copywriting is included - starting at $400 for a single page and scaling from there.
Email marketing starts at $400 for a one-time setup and $450/month for ongoing management.
Every engagement starts with a discovery call where we build the right scope for your business and budget. No pressure, no obligation.
The more direction and assets you can provide, the better - branding guidelines, logos, photos, video, and any user-generated content you have on hand all help us hit the ground running.
That said, we have a full onboarding checklist that walks you through exactly what we need and when. You won't be left guessing.
Social media management requires a 4-month minimum commitment, then it rolls to month-to-month. Four months gives us the time to get properly ramped up, test what's working, adjust what isn't, and start building real momentum. It's not about locking you in. It's about giving the work a genuine chance to perform.
We work with established businesses that are ready to get intentional, stay consistent, and build real momentum over time. Our best clients trust the process, collaborate openly, and understand that social media is one piece of a larger puzzle, not a magic fix.
Specifically, you're a good fit if:
You or a decision maker on your team has the bandwidth to collaborate. We handle the heavy lifting, but we need your insight, input, and sign-off to keep things moving.
You can provide consistent, quality content. That means brand photos, b-roll, and video. We'll give you shot lists and direction, but we can't replace you on camera.
You understand that social media supports solid offers, clean funnels, and clear branding. It won't fix a broken business - but it will elevate a strong one.
You're in it for the long haul. Consistency is measured in quarters, not weeks.
Done-for-you social media management means we handle everything - planning, writing, designing, scheduling, and reporting. Fractional and consulting services are more collaborative - we help you build the strategy and system, then either guide your team or support your execution from the sidelines. Same brains, different bandwidth.
Every package is custom-built around your business needs and budget. Most include content planning, writing, design, scheduling, light community management, and monthly reporting. Add-ons like Meta ads management, engagement support, and content creation shoots are available on top of any package.
Not sure what you need? That's what the discovery call is for.
Yes to Meta ads - both as part of a social media management package and as a standalone service. We manage campaigns across Facebook and Instagram at three different tiers depending on your ad spend and goals. Ad spend is separate from management fees and billed directly by Meta.
SEO isn't a core service, but we write with keyword strategy and content discoverability in mind - whether that's website copy, blog content, or social captions. Think of us as your organic growth partners, with optional paid firepower.
We don't start creating content until we actually get you. Our onboarding process digs deep into your voice, values, offers, visuals, and audience. We want to know how you talk, how you don't want to sound, and what kinds of stories actually move your people.
You'll always review content and request revisions before anything goes live. Your voice stays yours.
You bring the insight, and we bring the execution. We'll need your approval and occasional input, especially at the start, but our job is to take content off your plate, not create more work for you.
If you have a strong library of branded photos and video, we won't need to ask for assets often. If you're short on content or your plan includes on-camera trends, we'll ask you to send us content more regularly, and we'll handle all the editing.
If you've outgrown DIY, have a business that's working but content that isn't keeping up, have the budget, and you're ready to take a strategic long-view approach to your online presence - you're ready.
Still not sure? Book a discovery call. It's free, low pressure, and you'll walk away with clarity either way.
