Can you guarantee leads, followers, or sales?

No, and we wouldn't trust anyone who tells you they can. Organic social builds trust and visibility - it can't promise a specific number of leads or sales, and we'd rather tell you that plainly than oversell it to get your business. What we can guarantee is the work: consistent, strategic, and built from your actual business every time.

How much does this cost?

Depends what you need. A one-time Spark Session audit starts at $497. $2,690/month for The Studio Standard, the complete social, email, and SEO system, run as one connected package.Most of our social media (and web design) packages are custom-scoped to your business needs, and that's a hard thing to put a broadly applicable number on. To actually give you a dollar value we need to know: What's working? What's not? What's actually stopping the business from getting where it wants to go?Pricing a solution before understanding the problem is mostly just guesswork. Some businesses need a big project, and some need a small fix, which is why we always get on a discovery call to understand what you actually need before trying to scope out pricing. All that said, ongoing social media marketing retainers start at $1000.00/month CAD and go from there.

How do I know which offer is right for me?

Start with what you actually know right now. If you don't know what's wrong with your Instagram, start with a Spark Session. If you know what's wrong and want a real plan, that's the Momentum Map. If you want ongoing input but you're still doing the posting yourself, that's Fractional Support. If you want it handled entirely, that's a Retainer or The Studio Standard, depending on whether your situation fits a fixed package or needs to be scoped to you.

Where are you based, and do you work with businesses outside BC?

I'm based in Surrey, BC, and work with service businesses across Canada and North America. Everything runs remotely - platform access and calls, no need to be local.

Will the content actually sound like me?

Generic sounding copy is icky. Everything gets built from your actual voice, your actual business, and what's actually happening in your account - which is why we have a get-to-know you in onboarding, as well as monthly marketing touchbase calls. The better we know you, the more authentically we can show up as you!

How long am I committing to?

Accepted Answer

Depends on the offer. Spark Session and Momentum Map are one-time, no ongoing commitment. Fractional Support runs month to month unless we agree otherwise. Retainers and The Studio Standard runs on a quarterly commitment, because marketing needs more than a few weeks to compound, and trying to plan long term growth on a 30 day cycle doesn't work for us or  your business.
