The Momentum Map only works if we actually understand what you do, who you serve, and where you're stuck. What you share here is exactly what we'll read before your session, so nothing gets rehashed once we're on the call. Every minute of your 90 minutes goes toward strategy, not re-explaining your business.

STEP ONE

Grant view access to your Instagram Insights

We need to see what your numbers are actually saying, not just what your profile looks like. The fastest way is to add us as an Analyst in Meta Business Suite - this is view-only access. We can't post, edit, or change anything on your account.

Log into Meta Business Suite at business.facebook.com
Click the gear icon → Settings
Under Users, click People
Click Add, and enter hello@sonderandmedia.com
Under Assign Assets, select your Instagram account
Under permissions, select Analyst access
Click Invite — we'll accept from our end

Don't want to grant account access? Completely fine. Just take a few screenshots of your Instagram Insights (Accounts Reached, Accounts Engaged, Total Followers, and Content Interactions from the last 30–90 days) and email them to hello@sonderandmedia.com instead.
