HERE'S WHAT WE'LL NEED FROM YOU FOR YOUR SPARK SESSION:
We do most of the legwork ourselves before we ever get on a call with you, but there are two things we need from you first so we can dig in properly.
STEP ONE
Grant view access to your Instagram Insights
We need to see what your numbers are actually saying, not just what your profile looks like. The fastest way is to add us as an Analyst in Meta Business Suite - this is view-only access. We can't post, edit, or change anything on your account.

Log into Meta Business Suite at business.facebook.com

Click the gear icon → Settings

Under Users, click People

Click Add, and enter hello@sonderandmedia.com

Under Assign Assets, select your Instagram account

Under permissions, select Analyst access

Click Invite — we'll accept from our end
Don't want to grant account access? Completely fine. Just take a few screenshots of your Instagram Insights (Accounts Reached, Accounts Engaged, Total Followers, and Content Interactions from the last 30–90 days) and email them to hello@sonderandmedia.com instead.

Tell us a little bit about where you're at
Remember, the more information you're able to give, the better your session will be.
