Presented by Cecelia Fraser, founder of Sonder & Media Creative Studio
I’m a social media strategist for established small businesses, and this training is built on the same editorial system I use to run my clients’ social media.
Content With a Job is a free one-hour live training where I show you how I think about a business’s feed: as a magazine, where every page has a job and the whole thing leads somewhere. You’ll leave with your clarity statement written and a plan for your next two weeks of posts.

You run an established service business with happy clients, and your social media hasn’t caught up to how good your work is.
Whether you post yourself or you’ve hired someone to do it, you’ll come away understanding what your content should be doing, so you can either do it better or know exactly what to ask for. If you’re brand new and still working out what you sell, this one will make a lot more sense in a few months.
In this webinar we will cover
The big picture
We’ll start with what social media can realistically do for a service business (and what it can’t), then follow the path a stranger takes from first seeing your post to booking with you. I’ll also explain where the likes went, because if your posts feel like they’re going nowhere, the answer might be sitting in people’s DMs and group chats.
The plan
This is where it gets practical. You’ll write the one sentence that makes every post easier to plan, then choose the three to five topics your business can cover forever. I’ll also walk you through the questions I ask before anything gets posted, and how to get more out of the posts you’ve already written.
The live audit
We’ll finish with a live mini audit of a volunteer’s account, so you can watch the whole framework applied to a real business. If you’d like it to be yours, come ready to drop your handle in the chat.
What to bring - Your Instagram open on your phone or laptop and something to write with. There’s a live exercise where you’ll write a sentence and drop it in the chat, so come ready to put pen to paper. Cameras are optional, but appreciated.
